Tanks and armored vehicles are the main battle weapons on the modern ground war and will be important equipment of high-tech conventional weapons.Equipment such as Motor generators, broken electrical surge, provide their own power source for armored equipment .In the normal working hours, the electricity generator supply power for electrical equipment and charge the battery, thus the quality of generating system will directly affect the overall performance of armored equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of armored equipment, its generator system shouldn be detected and debuged after running for some time.Based on the relatively backward status of power generation system monitor equipment of China's current armored equipment, aiming at its low automation degree, not high parameter testing accuracy, the paper researches and developes a new armor equipment integrated power system testing platform based on configuration software, industrial computer and data acquisition card to achieve the precise control of motor speed, the real-time acquisition and display of data of generator output alternating voltage and current, excitation voltage,current, generator speed, to enhance its level of automation monitoring.In this paper, constitution and working principle of the armored equipment and power generation systems,Kingview software, PID control principle are introduced, the status of research and development of domestic and foreign motor generator monitor system industrial control computer systems, data acquisition control system advantage are analyzed. On this basis, in accordance with the overall guiding principles of the system's development, made use of the industry control computer as the monitoring operation unit, made use of KINGVIEW as the control core, developed a new type of armored equipment power generation system integrated testing platform.The platform consists of monitoring and control system, power transmission generation power systems and simulation load access system three parts. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the process of the system's hardware composition structure, Kingview program design, design process of Kingview PID controls is carried out and the test norms of a wide range of stylings are compiled.The testing process for platform is, firstly drive and control motor to make it into a variety of tests mode, and then collect test data and display real-time through the monitor, evaluate performance of power generation system of armored equipment. Through repeated testing on the running reliability of armored equipment power system monitoring platform testing, focus on the detection of measurement accuracy of variable frequency motor speed control, voltage and current. The experiments showed that the platform had the advantages of user-friendly, simple structure, high-precision control, the work of stability, reliability, etc., met requirements of the six armored equipment (96-tanks, 86 infantry-fighting vehicles, 92 wheeled armored combat vehicles, the 89 armored vehicles, 59 tanks, 63 armored vehicles) power generation automated testing system performance, had a certain promotional value.
