With the development of power electronics technology,modular low level,the lack of flexibility,design complexity,low level of standardization of the factors constraining their development has increasingly become a bottleneck.The way of the Power Electronic Building Block(PEBB) to solve the above problems is to put forward approach.So to form power converter using PEBB is of some advantages and great significance.In this paper,electronic and computer technology in areas such as advanced and mature technology integration related power electronics system integration for power electronic system integration of operating systems,distributed control and communication technologies were studied.The structure of power electronics systems is divided into two parts of PEBB power and universal control part.The power part of the design using discrete components to compose a half-bridge PEBB,including the main circuit,protection circuit,driver circuit,snubber circuit and filter circuit.In analyzing and comparing a variety of communication interface,then the selection of "plug and play" function of the Universal Serial Bus(USB) as the digital communication interface of PEBB.For the universal control of the selection of a high cost-effective chip S3C44BOX as ARM7 core processing unit,supplemented by the corresponding peripheral circuits. The use of USB host controller chip USB host so that it will have similar features, with the PEBB communication and facilitate "plug and play" management.Software design in real-time operating system introduced UC/OS-â…¡,used the form of multi-tasking system to meet the power electronics requirements of real-time operating system.Then,with two half-bridge PEBB and a universal controller to form a single-phase full-bridge voltage inverter,analyzing and solving the Synchronization between PEBB and so on.Finally,given and to analyze the experimental results.With the above-mentioned work,verified the feasibility of PEBB power electronic technology to solve the current problem of system integration of power electronics,and lay the foundation for follow-up study.
