Grouting has be applied in many different engineering, as one of the ground improvement techniques, while are many kinds of grouting. This paper focuses specifically on permeation grouting. In engineering we can only impact the radius proliferation to achieve highest level of safety and cost effectiveness. The grouting radius can not be too small otherwise it is unsafe, the radius cannot be too big or else or it will not be cost effective. The purpose of this paper is to examine how to control grouting volume with minimum materials to achieve the best result of grouting. For many years Scholars have be researched this area, and have developed theories. These theories, however have those flaws are relating the problem of slurry viscosity change over time. I have improved on the theories of past scholars and have attempted to streamline it with the actual results.Working with the combination of Fluid Dynamics, seepage mechanics and soil mechanics in addition to a computer, I have made a more reliable formula that describes the relationship between radius flows and pressure with grout and time-varying viscous fluid in porous media. This paper proves the correctness of this formula by using thermodynamic and seepage mechanics as well as finite element software. This paper simplifies the formula in order to make it more efficient when used in engineering and illustrates a project example which demonstrates how this formula can be applied in engineering.
