The Electric Braking System(EBS) of aeroplane as opposed to traditional hydraulic braking devices have excellent braking performance of the rapid and high-sensitivity, caused by the countries concerned and set off EBS research boom. Electro-Mechanical Actuator(EMA) is one of the core components of EBS, covering materials, mechanical, electrical, control and other fields, and Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM) is an important component of the EMA, its good maintainability, small size, high power characteristics make itself to be the best choice on some special applications and a hot research about motor.This paper studied the BLDCM drive and control technology of EMA in EBS. Paper first briefly introduced BLDCM and EBS working principles, and analysed the control and selection request of EMA based on EBS, and then proposed the scheme of system design. Meanwhile established a mathematical model of BLDCM, and done simulation by Simulink in Matlab. Firstly hall sensor with BLDCM run in simulation, then got the data of the operating motor's voltage and current, and these data as a neural network training samples for supervised learning training. The simulation result showed that the neural networks after a certain amount of training data were able to detect the voltage and current values to control BLDCM normal operation, this result achieved the desired effect.Finally, there was a solution of Hall sensors combined with sensorless control of BLDCM control, and BLDCM control system hardware and software were be designed.
