Aircraft electric anti-skid braking system (EBS) is the new generation braking system of aircraft all over the world. With the development of computer science, electric power and electronic technology, the electric braking system has excellent braking performance. And comparing with the traditional hydraulic braking system, the electric-braking system paly more rapid and high-efficiency, and get more attention in aviation area.This paper focus on the study of the Electro-Mechanical Actuator's structure and the electric drive component. On the base of analyzing the work theory of aircraft electric anti-skid braking system and the requirement of electric drive component, the permanent magnet Brushless motor was used as electric drive component.The paper introduced the permanent magnet Brushless motor working principles and analysed the control theory, then proposed the scheme of system design based on EBS. Meanwhile the mathematical model of the controlling system of the Brushless motor was established and simulated by Simulink in Matlab.the result of the simulation suggested that the Fuzzy-PID control method, which was used in the permanent magnet brushless motor control system, can satisfy the demand of the Electro-Mechanical Actuator in EBS and achieve the desired effect.Finally, the hardware and the software of the permanent magnet brushless motor control system were designed in this paper.
