Aircraft braking system is a very important subsystem of aircraft, which provides landing function and static and dynamic carrying capacity. Today, with the development of modern power electronic technique, aircraft electric braking system tends to be a new direction. A new electric braking system of the plane is discussed in the thesis based on the detailed investigation.The structure and form of aircraft electric braking system is presented: the piston and valve actuated housing for hydraulic braking system is replaced by electro-mechanical actuated housing. It consists of four motors and four ball screws. The ball screw, driven by the motor through gearing, puts pressure to braking carbon stack. The CPU of digital controller uses DSP, which is designed for motor and motion control applications. The control signal for Brushless Dc Motor is produced by Programmable Logic Device, In order to drive the motor efficiently, MOSFET and IR2130 be chosen, The control box includes three controllers, the slip rate adjustor, the braking torque adjustor and the motor rotating speed adjustor. FUZZY-PID, PID and rotate speed adjustor with dual-closed feedback loop are adopted respectively.C language and assemble language be used to design software of control system. The result of experiment indicates that the electric braking system is more excellent than hydraulic system on frequency response, braking time, braking distance and braking efficiency.
