Metal pipes can be seen everywhere, and we live close to it, the majority of pipeline must be conducted in anti-corrosion treatment before using, to reduce corrosion and extend the life. Current derusting methods mainly used are pickling method, sandblasting, high pressure water method, machinery method, .instability quality by pickling method, the exhaust air, the liquid waste are serious to environment. Sandblasting is better, but it easily leads to secondary corrosion, and waste water also pollute the environment, Effect of high-pressure water is better than sandblasting, but waste water pollute the environment, and the demand of equipment and technology content are higher, no current domestic production.. Mechanical would result in huge rusts dust, mainly be applied to large diameter pipes and outer surface of pipes. Because of the technology and equipment conditions , these methods are not applied to derust the small-caliber (diameter<100mm) pipe wall, the inside wall of small diameter pipeline factory derusting has become an urgent need to resolve problems. The inner wall of small-caliber pipeline derusting has become an urgent problems needing to resolve.Rust-removing machine used by vibration resonance principle will be applied in the pre-pipe inside the abrasive which are thrown up. then, they gain some energy repeated shocks pipe wall to derust and clear oxidation. The impact energy of particles, can be adjusted by changing the amplitude and frequency. Each time vibration derusting machines can handle 10 pipes of length size 3000 mm and the diameter <100 mm. It will improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and the particles can be repeatedly used, reducing derusting cost and producing no pollution. All in all, vibration derusting machines is a new type of environmental protection methods of derusting.The major works subjects completed are as follows:(1) Firstly, the main parts modeling of the shaking table are built by Pro/Engineer, then the assembly of three-dimensional entity are carried out, Lastly the interference test is carried out.(2) Application of modal analysis theory and dynamic finite element techniques , the vibration of the main parts of shaking table (Box, exciting axis, the main shaft) are analyzed under the constraints of the natural,in order to avoid these parts with the main vibration frequency resonance.(3) Under the condition of the spring rigid regulation to reach the limit case, analysis the vertical vibration table the transient state of stress, strain and deformation under the largest vertical direction and inertial force ,then improve the structural weaknesses in order to meet the requirements of the strength and stiffness. (4) In the instantaneous case of spring rigid regulation to reach the limit and Vertical shaking table by the most exciting force, analysis the structural of the vertical vibration at the bottom of the board.(5) Using the principle of resonance and reducing the exciting force dynamics method, analysis a modal of the response and harmonic Response of the vertical shaking table , Vertical shaking table vibrate in a state of resonance and Amplitude met for the design requirements under the design of the exciting force.(6) Rust on the mechanical vibration of cylindrical roller bearings for the rolling-optimized structure of the analysis, designing the hollow cylindrical roller which can effectively absorb vibration and reduce the edge effect of stress concentration and raise the rolling bearing fatigue life.
