With the accelerating urbanization process, there is an increasing demand of commodity concrete, concrete mixer use frequency more frequently, so the agitator frame of it is particularly important to safe and reliable. In this paper under the background of the related research has great practical significance.Main research object of this paper is JS1000 type concrete mixer chassis, refer to the actual mechanical structure, using the three dimensional modeling software SolidWorks to establish a three-dimensional model of frame, then imported into the finite element software ANSYS Workbench, successively for net, adding constraints and loading force, the solving steps, such as statics analysis of frame structure,dynamics and buckling analysis, studies the static strength and modal vibration mode,to solve the resonant frequency and buckling load, ensure the stability of the frame structure of safety.In static analysis, according to the load list several kinds of working condition of combination of different cases, first of all to carry on the grid, and then according to the working principle of the frame of the reasonable adding constraints, according to the different force of different condition combination add load or pressure load,finally to solve the stress and strain as a result, get the biggest stress and strain of steel structure size and location. Using the fourth strength theory, this article shows frame structure satisfies the requirement of stiffness and strength.In dynamic analysis, first of all to the modal analysis of frame structure, get the order vibration mode and natural frequency, as the research provides the theory basis for the dynamic behavior of the steel structure as a whole. Secondly, harmonic response analysis of steel structure, determine the structure in response to a certain frequency range, determine the peak corresponding frequency response and study its response characteristics of vibration. Results show that the resonance phenomenon will not occur.In buckling analysis, the choice of bearing structure as the research object to verify the stability of the structure, according to the different order buckling characteristic value, can know the buckling load size. Results show that the overall frame structure is stable, to a certain extent, also can carry out the optimization design of the frame structure.
