| With the development of modern automobile technology, and government departments pay more attention to the environmental protection, it is necessary to study automatic vehicle trouble diagnosis technology to control the performance and exhaust emission of motor vehicles accurately.At the same time, the vehicle communications network also becomes a mainstream in today's automotive electronics technology .but it is week in our country, so this dissertation will solve the problem.Some research on the principle of CAN bus technology which is widely used in the area of today's international automotive industry was done based on the local area network. In addition, some work on trouble information and the control of trouble indicator was done. Diagnostic data transmission based on CAN bus and the communication between vehicle and trouble diagnostic machine were achieved by experiment which push the process of the data communications in the field of automobile electronics research.(1) According to current international trends in the auto industry and the development of China's automobile industry, the direction and implementation methods of this dissertation were established.(2) On the basis of the relevant national laws and regulations, this dissertation completed the configuration network protocol based on researching the principle of CAN bus communication, network protocol norms and vehicle trouble diagnosis system.(3)The principles and strategies of trouble diagnosis system about automobile emissions has been researched.(4) To study the trouble information and control of trouble indicator.(5) The system was debugged and validated by using diagnostic interface of PC and ECU.(6) At last, to summarize the whole system development work, the possible improvements are brought forward, then in the face of subject future development, the feasible analysis is given.Some research on CAN bus data transmission and information control has been complered, this dissertation will supply a certain reference for the future development of the domestic automotive electronics in particular for the engine trouble diagnosis and CAN bus technology and application. |
