In recent years,with the advancement of technology and the needs of human beings,the automobile industry has entered a period of rapid development.The demand for intelligence and networking has made computer science more and more widely used in the automotive industry.Especially in the intelligent control of automobiles and the realization of related functions are inseparable from the electronic control unit(ECU).With the higher degree of intelligence of automobiles and the improvement of various functions,the structure of the vehicle ECU and the work situation has become more and more complicated,also the number of ECUs in the vehicle has suddenly increased.The changes in these conditions have raised the requirements for automobile production and maintenance inspection after putting into use.In order to solve these situations,the diagnosis of automobiles has been thoroughly studied at home and abroad.From manual detection to the use of corresponding auxiliary equipment.Until today,the application system of automobile diagnosis established,its technology has experienced a qualitative leap.However,with the increasing number of ECUs in the vehicle,as well as its functional complexity and later updateability,the automotive diagnostics are upgrading the application software of the ECU,that is,the time performance requirements for the diagnostic reprogramming function are getting higher and higher.Therefore,a large proportion of the research field of current automotive diagnostic technology is in the automotive diagnostic reprogramming part,and solving this problem has become the main task of current research.This paper is based on the CAN bus-based automotive diagnostic reprogramming technology,combined with the latest Ethernet-based automotive diagnostic reprogramming technology,which can solve the problem of low diagnostic efficiency from the communication rate between the diagnostic equipment and the vehicle ECU.The problem is that by using the Ethernet link as the physical link between the diagnostic equipment and the vehicle ECU,the high transmission rate of the Ethernet is utilized to greatly improve the efficiency of the diagnostic reprogramming in the actual production and the maintenance upgrade of the later ECU.Reduce the corresponding cost.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,through the research of the original CAN-based diagnostic technology,combined with the Ethernet-based diagnostic technology,this paper briefly introduces the two diagnostic technologies,and analyses the requirements of diagnostic reprogramming technology,and designs a hardware environment that can be compatible with diagnostic reprogramming using CAN communication and Ethernet communication.Second,Design a software system that conforms to the corresponding hardware environment,so that it can realize the diagnostic reprogramming technology for vehicle ECU under the condition that it conforms to the requirements of CAN-based diagnostic specifications and Ethernet-based diagnostic specifications.Under the mechanism of corresponding error handling,the transmission rate based on Ethernet diagnostic reprogramming technology is guaranteed,so as to meet the requirements of diagnostic writing technology design.Third,Test the corresponding software system using the designed hardware environment.Through the actual application scene,in the production line of the OEM,the corresponding ECU is diagnosed and reprogrammed,and the log of the diagnostic writing process is recorded for analysis.After the fault is detected,it can meet the corresponding functional requirements of the diagnostic reprogramming technology.And has a high diagnostic reprogramming efficiency.The experimental test results of ECU reprogramming on the actual vehicle production line show that the diagnostic reprogramming technology based on CAN and Ethernet communication can use these two different communication methods to diagnose and reprogramme the vehicle ECU.In addition,the Ethernet-based diagnostic reprogramming rate is much higher than the CAN-based diagnostic reprogramming rate,which is consistent with the expected consequence.At the same time,the diagnostic reprogramming technology is used to reprogramme the vehicle ECU to ensure that the efficiency of the diagnostic reprogramming can be greatly increased and the production cost can be reduced.
