The development of control valve is closely related with the development of industrial production process. Along with some large-scale chemical industry enterprise and nuclear power station going, the question of constant voltage catches more and more people's eyes. Considering with the technology, safe and cost, the technology of constant voltage is more realized by aerodynamic pressure control valve, but it used not to get the desired effect. So we should develop high performance pressure valves to get the similar pressure when the fluid flows by the valve.This article first proposes a method which takes ANSYS Workbench as a platform, carries on the flow field analysis in ANSYS CFX, and the result exerts in the structure by "the body load " form completing the fluid—structure interaction. Use the order coupling method in the ANSYS coupled fields, then take the first field analysis's result as the second field analysis's load. Next, establish the geometry model of the Control valves in the 3d solid modeling software Pro/E, and use the above method to ANSYS the large-scale pressure control valves. Use this method to do the hydrodynamic analysis for the valve interior flow field with ANSYS CFX, and the analysis result document is exerted on the valve core in AYSYS Workbench by "the body load" form, completing the fluid—structure interaction analysis of the control valve.Control valve flow characteristics influence the quality control system. When the control valve flow characteristic choice is inappropriate, will cause control system run unstable and the pressure will present the fluctuation. Reasonable choice of control valve flow characteristic is advantageous to the combination gas constant voltage. Control valve's flow characteristic and control valve both sides pressure drop related, therefore the research on influence control valve pressure drop's factor has the important meaning. Considered from the energy conservation aspect that the control valve moves under the satisfied operating mode condition's both sides small pressure drop, is advantageous to the energy full use. Therefore the article studied the factor which influences the control valve pressure drop, by doing the dynamic property analysis to the control valve we can get: Control valve's ratio of valve core structure, the tube diameter and the control valve's nominal size all have influence to the pressure drop of the control valve.This article analysis provides the reliable basis for the body styling, and it has the practice significance. Large flow of gas pressure regulator is one of key generation engineering technical problems. The development of high performance pressure valve, the research suits the large flow coal gas the pressure stable technology to have the important production practical significance. If the subject is put into practice, it will help the steel factory to improve the efficiency of the use of emissions used to power generation, to low the energy consumption and the consumption of goods and materials, and to improve the economic benefits of the production process, what's more, it suits to the government's policy that we should save energy, reduce the emission, and develop the circular economy, so it has good social efficiency.This topic obtains the high-tech research development plan 863 (2008AA04Z130) support.
