Research On Resettlement Archives Management Of Water Resources And Hydropower Engineering

The resettlement file of water conservancy and hydropower projects is a historical record with preservation value formed in the resettlement of water conservancy and hydropower projects,which reflects the whole process of resettlement of water conservancy and hydropower projects.The immigration file management of water conservancy and hydropower project is an important part of the whole immigration work,and it is the cornerstone to ensure the integrity,accuracy and effective use of the immigration file.To do a good job in the management of immigration archives plays an important role in promoting the resettlement work and serving the migrant people.In order to standardize the management of immigration files,the state has promulgated the measures for the management of immigration files of water conservancy and hydropower projects,which stipulates the management system and responsibilities,filing and transfer,file acceptance,filing scope and storage period,reward and punishment of immigration files.However,there are still some problems in the actual work of immigration archives management,resulting in the integrity,systematization and effective use of immigration archives can not be effectively guaranteed.Therefore,how to improve the management of immigration archives is a practical problem that needs to be paid attention to and solved by the archives and immigration circles.This paper takes the immigration file management of zhw pumped storage power station as an example,through participating in the filing work on the spot,focusing on the actual filing situation,comparing with the management methods of immigration file,identifying the areas that need to be improved,and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures.This paper starts from the background andsignificance of the research on the management of the immigration archives,expounds the function and significance of the immigration archives and management,introduces the general situation of the project of zhw pumped storage power station,the implementation of the resettlement and the management of the immigration archives,combs the policy provisions of the management of the immigration archives of the water conservancy and hydropower projects and the research status at home and abroad,which paves the way for the following research;secondly,from the preliminary work,implementation work,management supervision,capital and finance four aspects to introduce the actual filing situation of the immigration files of zhw pumped storage power station,and respectively refer to the corresponding filing requirements in the immigration file management measures,point out the problems in the files,analyze the causes,and put forward suggestions;finally,summarize the problems,combined with the actual situation of immigration file management in J County,carry out research from three aspects.The first is to study the imperfections in the filing scope of immigration files,put forward the problems such as unclear classification logic of filing scope,insufficient index design depth,unclear classification standard of storage period,and put forward corresponding revision suggestions;the second is to put forward suggestions on the improvement of management responsibilities,personnel,transfer and other terms in the management measures of immigration files;the third is to put forward suggestions according to the immigration files of J county According to the actual situation of management work,this paper sums up some problems such as weak awareness of archives,low professional quality of archivists and poor utilization of archives,and puts forward some suggestions such as strengthening the awareness of archives,strengthening the training and guidance,and improving the utilization system of archives.
