Research On Comparation And Selection Of The Projects Of Bulp Through-flow Pump Sets, And Test Of Set-up Model Pump System At Erjiba Pump Station Of The South-to-north Water Diversion Project

The Erjiba pump station of the fist term project of the south-to-north water diversion has the traits of low water head ,large capacity and long run time annualy. This pump station locates at the waist of Nansi lake or the boudary of Shandong and Jiangsu province . The pump location is very importan because that the Nansi lake is very important in adjusting and storing flood water. Erjiba pump station applies the bulb-type tubular pump sets. It has high integrational technology and advanced in the world. This bulb-type tubular pump has these key technologies during the construction, that is the analysis of comparation and selection of the technical projects, and the set-up scale model test of pump system. The pump sets's performances are not only related to the quality of pump sets's characteristic,but also related to the safe and optimize of the station runing , and still related to the sum of investation and annual expenditure. Erjiba bulb-type tubular pump sets adopts eletric-engine postposition form, middle-opening structure. The pump directly connects with the eletric-engine.The switching and adjusting of the pump's work condition adopts the Siemens's System-Outline-Perfect-Harmony, switchs with frequency convertion from rating frequency automaticly. Thus the constructure meets the high efficiency and layout reasonably. This paper makes system analysis and comparation to the three technical projects of pump sets, confirms the best one. This paper also makes introductive validate to the main design technical performances through model test of the pump system. We have done some useful exploration and got some innovative production in analysis of pump technical performance, main technical parameter in comparation of pump system, the CFD simulation and analysis, bulb-type tubular pump sets test of model pump system, includes test item, test method and way of the conversion values to prototype pump. Some of the productives have been used in the Erjiba project. We have been digesting and absorbing the technique. It is introduced firstly from other nation, and achieved innovational exploration to the construction of the great south-to-north water diversion project.
