The twenty-first century is an era for the explosion of science and technology. Various kinds of advanced technologies and new inventions boost a fast development of science. People are enjoying a comfortable and convenient life created by high technology, but on the other hand, its side effects also influence the daily life. Nowadays, as the forgery techniques become more and more mature, the forgery products show up in many aspects of the life. China is also a victim. It is a big attack to the mechanic industry, one of the most important basic industries in our country. Therefore, the study concerning anti-counterfeiting techniques in mechanic industry becomes more and more significant.First of all, the thesis has a summary about the general situation of the study in anti-counterfeiting techniques both in China and abroad. An anti-counterfeiting management system for mechanic products is defined necessary to establish on the basis of digital watermark technique, by analyzing the current domestic situation, the advantages and defects of several anti-counterfeiting techniques in China and abroad.Secondly, the author describes the general concepts, development and basic theory about digital watermark, especially focusing on three kinds of classic algorithms and familiar watermark attack modes, all these are theoretical basis of the subject .At the same time, concerning the issues in his study, the author introduces the key techniques, such as anti-printing-scanning algorithm, MATLAB and Delphi interface realization, etc. On this basis, the author uses the Object-oriented Methodology to design the anti-counterfeiting management system for mechanic products, and generates individual anti-counterfeiting labels finally. Via systematic adjustments and experiments, it is proved that the system could realize the function of products anti-counterfeiting and satisfy the real production demand of the manufacturers. This system can avoid the economic losses of the users caused by counterfeits, so it has very important realistic significance and practical value.
