Development And Application Of Indoor Color Design Module Based On CACD

As a dominant visual element, color plays a prominent role in such aspects as inhabited construction, inhabited history and culture inheritance, and improvement of inhabited environment. The study of how to appropriately use color in urban residential buildings plays a key role in improving inhabited environment, and influence ameliorating urban residents' quality of life. Furthermore, color used in interior design not only act as a passive factor, but also has proactive aspects. Making the best use of color can be achieving maximum results with little effort. Especially, color can solve many problems when designer receives certain limits in space forms, funds and materials. Therefore, color factor in Interior Design (ID) needs to be emphasized and further studied.The thesis analyzes the existing circumstances, shortage and trend of current color scheme tools, based on interior design theory and modern design methodology, with a view to the problems in the color scheme process, utilizes some computer aided design methods, brings forward an all-around solution aiming at color scheme of interior design.This thesis constructs the appropriative color space to redound to the process of special color selection, contrives the tone harmonizing tool based on architecture exterior design, and constructs the color scheme knowledge database and scheme database, validates the rationality of the color scheme method by integrated cases, achieves of computer aided color design and applies this method to the instance of interior design, furnishes way to design process which meets market requirements.The "tone harmonizing" tool is the prototype of the system tool, applied to the color design of architecture exterior. In the design process, taking the factors such as color space property, color harmonizing effect, color tone classification, material and texture effect, provides a viable color enactment for modern interior design.
