Measured by A-taps, the noise of the Nature Gas Booster Station (NGBS) is higher than 105dB and that of Air Coolers is higher than 85dB. The distance between the muffle of compressor train and the bounding wall is just several meters. The noise can radiate directly to residential area and deteriorate the environment. The noise exceeds the environment standard out of the station easily. At present, the traditional method is used to reduce the industrial noise through absorption, insulation and using muffle. In this thesis, based the study of acoustics theory and ANC (Active Noise Control) mechanism, the precept of the Nature Gas Booster Station Noise Active control is discussed. The active algorithm is established and simulated. Based these, the according control system is designed.Firstly, the project difficulty of traditional methods for NGBS and the technology status of ANC are introduced. The feasibility of proposed precept for NGBS noise control is studied through study of ANC mechanism and analysis of NGBS the noise characteristics. At the same time, the conclusion that power weight is more than 70 percent 500Hz below and that power weight is more than 10 percent in infrasound by studied the noise power spectrum statement is got. The infrasound pollution is rather serous. The Adaptive filter algorithm is the precondition to realize the ANC. In some instance, many secondary sound sources and error sensors are required to improve the system performance. This system is adopted abroad in many multi-channel ANC systems. In this thesis, the framework design of active noise controller and algorithm study are completed. Based on figuring the realization of LMS (Least Mean Square), the Fx-AFA (Adaptive Filter with Averaging) is investigated thorough and it also was ameliorated and optimized. At last, the multi-channel adaptive secondary path discriminating model is constituted. The algorithm stimulation show the proposed Fx-AFA is not sensitive to the constringency factor and the power of white noise used to recognize the secondary path and can perform well all along. The discriminating ability to first and secondary is direct ratio to their SNR (Signal-to-Noise Ratio). But once enhancing the white noise power, the effect of cancellation is deteriorated, too. In order to get perfect effect, the white noise power should be reduced to the best of the abilities of system under the precondition that system can run stably and converge well.At last, the particular realization of the AANC (Adaptive Active Noise Control) system based on the proposed Fx-AFA algorithm, including the hardware and the software. The detailed proceeding for present installation is expatiated.
