In recent years, the number of cars showed a rising trend with the rapid development of social economy. However, a number of negative effects of the ensuing gradually endangering the environment and human health. Among the impact of road congestion and noise pollution is particularly serious. At present, the domestic road construction department has been focusing mainly on road constructing and planning which satisfied for road traffic.While in a foreign country, and road traffic noise is having the same level of control object. Road noise is the noise emitted by the vehicle-based, which differs from the ordinary noise is that the noise originates are constantly moving vehicle, and developed into a random noise, wide-ranging and with great harm.For these reasons, this paper come from the practical point of view relying the test method, to explore the causes and control measures of road noise, and its contents are as follows:Therelationship between vehicle speed and noise, choosenanjing pukou donghua road as a test section, four lanes and 24 meters wide, adopts the control through methodto test, the speed obtained by the formula to calculate. Record the noise of the vehicle passing values, to investigate the relationship between the speed and the noise.The relationship between traffic flow and noise, selecting the Nanjing Pukou Avenue located in Pukou district, which is a main road to the new city. Pukou Avenue is double direction eight lanes,and has a stable flow.Choose points between non-motor vehicle driveways and pavements for measurement, and conduct a survey every 2 hours to obtain the noise level corresponding to the vehicle flow, vehicle thenrecord the corresponding traffic noise values.Therelationship of road width and the noise, choose the pukou, avenueas the measurement location, because the subway is constructing and half rangeblock, the bidirectional eight-lane down to four lanes, road width becomes half width of the original.PointsA, B are two test points under different width measurement data, analysis the two data, discussing the influence of the road width.Relationship of road structure effect the noise,choose AC-13, AC-20, SMA-13,Cement and concrete roadwhich are commonly used. By using control through method measuring the values of the noise under the same speed of 60 km/h and 80 km/h, compare different noise value to investigate the relationship between the different types of road structure and noise.This paper based on the road noise sources and influencing factors, putting forwardsome noise reduction methods and relevant prevention and control means, and carried out systematic discussion in this paper.
