Large and medium-sized compressors are usually used to provide power in the transportation of natural gas and oil. Large and medium-sized compressors have the following advantages:high efficiency, applicable to a wide pressure range, and adaptability. This compressor is characterized by large power, large size, high noise, while the noise value will be as high as90~130dB (A). Not only inside the station, but also the surroundings will be influenced by serious noise pollution, which would affect the physical and mental health of workers and the surrounding masses. In the in-depth study of the large and medium-sized compressor plant noise in the booster stations of gas gathering pipeline network has great theoretical significance, economic and social benefits, and an important role in practical engineering applications.In this paper, compressor plant noise in natural gas booster station is the research object. The generation mechanism and noise reduction method of the plant noise is more in-depth study by theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and test methods. In this paper, the main research work includes:Noise and vibration test:Noise and vibration testing in a typical gathering station. The noise detection place includes plant, control room, around the public house. According to the reaction of the surrounding people, conduct the vibration testing around the compressor foundation plant around the public housing. Conduct the entity model with the compressor plant and test its resonance spectrum.Theoretical analysis of the main noise sources:Analyze a variety of noise sources that may generate noise theoretically. In this paper, focus on the vibration radiation noise simulation analysis of compressor and pipeline systems. Then not only analyze the noise source with the highest noise value, but also a variety of conditions and influencing factors of sound field radiated of pipe vibration.Noise and vibration reduction scheme:Briefly described the commonly used vibration and noise reduction scheme of compressors and piping system. Make recommendations on plant transformation with the compressor plant entity modeling results. Make a detailed analysis of the design of the damping groove according to the vibration test results.
