Nowadays, most cars are equipped with diverse forms of Antilock Braking System (ABS) .The idea behind ABS is that you can maintain control of your vehicle by avoiding wheels locking up. A data acquisition and processing system is designed based on a bench after final assembly test by our team. This test bench is able to collect wheel speed , car whole speed signals, which transferred by varieties of sensors, draw curve and evaluate performance of ABS after some special data disposal. This system also involve the conventional braking test, speed meter test, axles weight test as well.Due to the fact that cars with ABS can't be assembley test,we set up an experimental bench for this purpose. Firstly, this thesis depicts the structure, working principles and routine testing methods of ABS and also gives a thorough description about the software and hardware designing process .Because of varieties kinds of multi- frequencies jamming noise signals in the sensors' signals, the measures of filtering are needed to be designed to get rid of these unnecessary noises. In order to achieve function, IIR low-pass filter with certain parameters is designed under MATLAB . Moreover, data accuracy and reliabilities of wheels speed are analyzed through wavlet analysis. The second part is analyzing about the strategies for quick torque control system under MATLAB, including PID and fuzzy control and so on. In the third part the results of Bezier and B splines methods are compared. They reduces noise jamming ratio which mixxd in useful signals and enhances signals' qualities, making the curves smoother.
