The paper uses BISAR3.0 computational procedures to analyse the typical semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure. In different combinations of semi-rigid materials modulus, thickness and soil-based module, the paper analyses the changes of road alignment deflection, tensile stress at the bottom of semi-rigid base and tensile stress at the bottom of asphalt surface. Based on the analysis of road structure, wo can reached a reasonable modulus scope and the size of thickness of semi-rigid base and ther soil-modulus size. Suggesting two semi-rigid pavement structure type and semi-rigid material parameter value. On the condition of different interlayer contact condition, the paper analyses road alignment deflection and tensile stress of two types of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure.The paper does the certification test indoor on two common semi-rigid materials cement lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates and cement stabilized aggregates. By analysing the comprehensive road performance of cement-lime-fly ash stabilized aggregates mixture in different reserved voidage, we can get the optimal reserved voidage of mixture and the reasonable dose of fly ash. The paper analyses the mechanical properties and contraction performance of cement stabilized aggregate mixture. Making coarse aggregate graduation design through method of surface vibration compaction to get greatest tap density. Using K identification to calculate fine aggregate graduation. The ratio of coarse and fine aggregate is confirmed through method of surface vibration compaction to get greatest tap density. The paper does shear tests on six aggregate graduations and evaluates using Bailey and volume indicators.Through theoretical analysis of semi-rigid asphalt pavement structural parameters range and mix design tests indoor of semi-rigid material, wo hope to get high durability asphalt pavement.
