Semi-rigid pavement is our main highway pavement structure type, accounting for more than 80% of the total mileage. Gradually after the 20th century built 90 years has entered a major highway, the repair period, China's annual needs of a large number of old road repair, which required a large part of the beginning of cement stabilized gravel from the large changes in the construction, the traditional construction method is to the old ship out of cement stabilized gravel excavation, transport to landfill disposal, and then new material as raw material mixing cement stabilized crushed stone, re-laying of road base. The resulting large number of cement stabilized crushed stone waste materials, it will not only take up a lot of land, causing pollution of the surrounding environment, but also because the use of new materials, mining stone, waste of resources, resulting in soil erosion. Cement stabilized gravel Recycling Technology is the old cement stabilized base course materials (including some surface material), through the milling process to re-use, and after regeneration layer under the structural features, due to join some of the new bone material or fine aggregate, according to the proportion of a certain amount of additives or the right amount of water, in the natural environment to complete a continuous series of road materials processing, re-forming layer of a technological method.This preliminary study of the use of cement as the stabilizer of the old cement stabilized gravel road on-site cold recycling technology, analyzes the advantages of cold recycling technology; of the old roads and recycled aggregate in cement stabilized gravel road properties (mechanical properties, stability, shrinkage, fatigue resistance and durability, etc.); for the composition of recycled aggregate and cement stabilized gravel mixture designed to explore the use of the old road made of cement stabilized crushed stone waste recycling When laying road base aggregate the best mix; and indoor test method described reaction mechanism of the cold recycling technology to analyze the strength of cement stabilized gravel with recycled aggregate gradation change, cement content, different age health variation of the length difference, obtained with the appropriate level range of recycled materials, compressive strength, compressive modulus, split tensile strength and other major design parameters; through the practical application of construction technology and quality control and traceability , to prove the laboratory test findings, and laboratory test findings of the amendment to add andimprove.The results show that the regeneration of cement stabilized gravel road fully meet the relevant performance requirements. Finally the application of the old way of cement stabilized gravel cold recycling technology economy, and summarizes the cold recycled base, sub-base of quality testing and evaluation standards for pavement design, construction, supervision and other institutions to use cold recycling technology a reliable scientific basis.
