Study On Planning And Design Of Rural Settlement Landscape In Western Sichuan

Rural settlement landscape is complex landscape highly integrated of human culture and natural environment. The foundation and development of rural settlement landscape system can reduce the impact of urbanization on rural settlement landscape, that remain in rural areas for thousands of years of local character and cultural landscape will be preserved and the unique cultural landscapes of rural and beautiful rural scenery will be remained forever. The village in western Sichuan is an area with very unique geographical and cultural charm and landscape character. With the process of urbanization and the rise of the tide of new rural development, the unique landscape features of the village are suffering from an unprecedented impact, landscape character has been severely damaged. How to achieve the protection and update of settlement landscape has become an important issue for the rural construction and planning of western Sichuan in new era.In the background of building and developing new socialism rural and 5·12 Wenchuan earthquake reconstruction, this study committed to the study of rural settlement landscape planning and construction which is relatively weak in rural areas currently, wishing to provide the new rural construction of western Sichuan and the whole country with experience through the planning and design of settlement landscape and construction of landscape mode at Penghua village, in Mianzhu.1 .In this paper, from the analysis of the new rural development problems, the study leaded to the importance, necessity and urgency of rural settlement landscape research, and aiming at the construction of new socialism rural, defined and explained the related concepts such as "rural", "rural settlement landscape", etc.2.This paper, aiming at the development of rural settlement in western Sichuan having a long history and containing a rich geographical and cultural characteristics, systematically combed the course of development and characteristics of the rural settlement landscape in western Sichuan and analysed the issues that arising or need to be solved urgently in its development, and put forward to the direction and protection strategies of rural settlement landscape planning in western Sichuan.3.Takeing the practice of post-disaster reconstruction of rural settlement landscape at Penghua village, Zundao town, in Mianzhu as an example, from the organization of outer space environment, the location and style of construction, road traffic and the planning of green ecological environment in four areas, this paper has builded a framework of landscape, and summed up a set of effective protection and to update the rural settlement landscape planning and design methods, wishing to control the layout and development of spatial form of rural in western Sichuan from macro level, and from the microscopic characteristics to protect their local culture and landscape features, that in order to resist the impact and damage of urbanization process.General speaking, the paper combined theory of scientific landscape design and features of traditional settlement landscape in western Sichuan, preliminarily formed a framework of rural settlement landscape in western Sichuan, and played it to the construction of new socialism rural and the current planning and design of post-disaster reconstruction in 5.12 earthquake-stricken areas, which will change the actuality of spontaneity of village building, and create a new rural landscape that both have flavor of the times and rural regional characteristics, so that the majority of farmers can not only enjoy the modern life, but also review the beautiful idyllic past, and it can play the role of guidance and reference for the current construction of new rural and post-disaster reconstruction in western Sichuan.
