Research On Protection And Development Strategy Of Linpan At Western Sichuan Based On Post-disaster Reconstruction

As a typical rural settlement in west sichuan plain,Linpan in Western Sichuan is a collection of life and production ecological landscape,which is of great historical significance and protection value。In the wenchuan earthquake,the vast rural areas of sichuan suffered the most damage and loss,and Linpan was seriously damaged。After the earthquake,under the strong guidance and promotion of the government,the affected areas received support and help from all over the country。Now,the disaster area has come out of the predicament,ushered in a new development opportunity。With the promotion of rapid urbanization and the deepening of urban and rural development in chengdu,the unique geographical features of Linpan are affected by various aspects and constructive damage 。 In the post-disaster reconstruction of western sichuan,people should not only overcome the natural destruction,protect forest disk resources,but also balance urban and rural development。Firstly,based on the historical origin and evolution of Linpan,this paper explores the inner development law of Linpan from the perspectives of natural geography,human history and political economy。Combining with human settlements environmental science,cultural ecology,architecture,sociology and so on,the system studies the distribution characteristics,spatial pattern,pattern and constituent elements of forest disk。Through the field investigation of Dujiangyan,Pengzhou and other hard-hit areas,and communicating with local planning and construction departments,and visiting the residents of Linpan,we have dug deep into the problems faced by Linpan in the disaster-hit areas.Analysis about the present situation of Linpan after the quake,understanding of post-disaster people’s life demand,psychological need and the transformation of the mind,spirit culture,analyzed the experience of post-disaster reconstruction,combined with the construction of urban and rural areas as a whole and chengdu "world modern garden city",the establishment and modern way of life,adapt to the modern economy Linpan settlement,explore a scientific way for Linpan reconstruction,promote Linpan sustainable development。Then,summarized Linpan’s landscape aesthetic value,ecological value,historical and cultural value,social value,put forward the development of farming Linpan,cultural creative type Linpan,characteristic industry Linpan,rural vacationing industry Linpan mode and so on。It can provide some guidance and direction for the development of Linpan and the reconstruction and development after the earthquake.Finally,combined with hands-on programs-Dujiangyan Anlong town PuJin village protective planning and design,describes how to according to the theory of protection and Linpan each element of the reform,how to make use of the existing Linpan resources for the development of diversified economy.
