The reliability and security of power supply in the large industry enterprises is the guarantee for productions. To research an analysis and service software for large industry enterprises power grid will help the workers to analysis and solve the problems when the power system have troubles, also will help to arrange the operation mode and ensure the power system's security, reliability and economy while the system is running well. It has very important theoretical and practical value to research and develop a platform which has the characters of open, extension, and maintainability. The system power grid model is established based on IEC61970-301. Firstly, this article analysised the common information model CIM, and summarized the modeling method using CIM and how to expand CIM according to the practical application, and then summed up the bundle in CIM which is used for the system.Secondly, this article adopted the definition method of power grid topology referenced in CIM, and completed the power grid topology analysis research. This article finished the power grid's static topology and dynamic topology analysis, and based on that, presents a Zero-sequence power network topology analysis and take the example to verify its correctness. Based on the original data model in CIM, the article finished the establishment of system server database and completed the data interface to meet the requirement of data transfers between real-time data and relative data in the system. Finally, after the research of how to use CIM RDF Schema to define XML document and use XML document present CIM model data, this article completed the system XML document parsing interface by using DOM interface model and verified its correctness by parsing the XML document sample.
