With the using of power transmission and distribution grid analysis platform to make the simulation and analysis for the power transmission and distribution system, the mode of operation for power system can be arranged reasonably, the decision can be made rapidly when the transmission and distribution system is disturbed, load variation and the electric network composition is changed, the danger of accidents can be overcome, and the security and reliability of power transmission and distribution process can be improved. Therefore,it is of great significance to develop an open and operable distribution analysis platform for improving the management level of the power transmission and distribution system. The design of the system refers to the relevant provisions of IEC61970standard and uses CIM and CIS to provide data model and system application interface for all aspects of operation in power enterprise. This paper firstly analyzes and sums up the CIM,then accomplishing the mapping between databases and the CIM model is built in the relational database SQL Server2000and the main memory database FastDB. Secondly, the object model interface of CIM is built and the data operation in the main memory database is completed by the object model interface. Then the network structure storage model of the transmission and distribution network is built in database, the network topology analysis of the power transmission and distribution network is realized by network topology interface, then the data interface is provided to the calculation module. Finally, the prototype system of the transmission and distribution grid analysis platform is developed by C#language under the visual Studio2008. Then the relevant client test procedures are redacted to verify the correctness of model and system design.
