Screw pump is a kind of volume delivery pump ,while it is getting more and more wide spread application in petroleum ,chemical ,shipbuilding and traffic industries .With the more and more need of screw pumps, the running efficiency and reliability of screw pumps are required higher and higher when used in practical production .Performance parameter test of screw pump is a important mean to distinguish the character of the production to ensure the performance of the system and also accelerate the production's development.In this paper ,we studied the performance parameter test system based on network. We made the design plan according to GB/T10886-2002 and JB/T 8091-1998.The main testing targets of the screw pump are: the export press ,the temperature of the working oil, the speed ,the flow rate and the torque moment of the screw pump .Hydraulic technology, virtual Instrument technology and network technique were used in this system's design ,which made computer controlling the process of the experiment and the system's networking come true .The main content studied include the flowings:1.Designing a data acquisition card based on C8051f330 CPU mainly used to acquire the performance parameters .Meanwhile ,in order to test the different performance parameters in different working condition ,we need to change the speed of motor ,which requires the data acquisition card to have the function of speed control; 2.Designing the top computer system based on the LabWindows/CVI8.0 software mainly to real-time display and make curves of the acquired performance parameters;3.Using the DataSocket Activex combined with the network technique to realize the system's networking.The system we designed realized the anticipated goal of testing the performance parameter of the screw pump. Using the VI and network technique to the test made the data collected real-time display, improved the precision and realized RMON Remote Monitoring of the testing process.
