| Screw pump is a kind of volume delivery pump, and it has been widely used inpetroleum, chemical, shipbuilding, transportation and other industries. With theincreased demand for screw pumps, the running efficiency and reliability of screwpumps are required higher in practical production. Performance parameter test ofscrew Pump is an important means of distinguish the character of the production,ensuring the performance of the system and also accelerating the productiondevelopment.In this paper, the performance parameter test system was studied based on PLC,the testing plan was designed according to GB/T10886-2002and JB/T8091-1998.The main testing targets of the screw pump are: the export press, the flow rate, thespeed, the voltage, the electric current and the power. First, using Electrical ControlTechnology, PLC technology and Technique of Database, a data acquisition systemwas designed based on S7-300PLC of Siemens, it can realize the function ofperformance parameters collecting and testing. Afterwards, the top computeroperating system was designed using the STEP7BasisV5.3and WinCC V6.0software mainly to achieve real-time display and report generation of the acquiredperformance parameters. Last, the background relational database SQL Server2000was established using configuration software WinCC, which can manage the systemequipment information and test data highly efficient, provide data query and sharingfunction, and can ensure the efficacy and safety when access the system.The system designed in this research realized the anticipated goal of testing theperformance parameter of the screw pump. Using the PLC and database technique inthis test system,the real-time test was ensured, the precision was improved andRemote Monitoring of the testing process was relizeded. |
