As a positive displacement pump,screw pump has played a very important role in the development of a variety of subdisciplines.With the rapid development of society,The number of screw pumps are required to practical application,and the output will increase accordingly.However,In a large number of production practices,because of quality of the screw pump,the producting can’t be progressing smoothly.Therefore,the most effective way to avoid the recurrence is testing the screw pump in the factory.This paper aiming at the methods testing the screw pump performance which is still being used the manual detection with lower automation of screw pump in the home market,researched a testing system for screw pump performance parameter based on virtual instrument.According to the People’s Republic of China machinery industry standard "JB/T8091-2014 test method for screw pumps ",the corresponding testing program has been made.The main parameters to detect in the test include the import and export pressure,temperature,flow,speed,torque and power of the pump.The testing system is used of the hydraulic techniques,virtual instrument techniques and other related technology in the design,and based on NI 9207 data acquisition card as the core of the data acquisition system,to achieve the screw pump performance parameter acquisition and detection function;and used Lab VIEW software to develop testing system of upper operating software,and made the test data collected in computer real-time display and generated test reports and curves,to ensure the real-time test,to improve the accuracy of the test,realizing control of processing by computer and the automation of testing system;carried out a test,to ensure the normal operation of the testing system.
