The integrated technology of this software is deeply researched according to the high-frequency fatigue testing monitoring system, based on VB6.0 control system and the status quo and demand of engineering application of fatigue crack online monitoring system of LabVIEW8.5. The functions and characteristics of two systems are analyzed, then two systems are integrated by component technology, ADO technology, Data Socket technology and SubPanel technology.Main contents of the thesis are listed as follows:1. The research interesting, research background, technology research status quo, engineering application and technology difficulty of high-frequency fatigue testing and system analysis software integrated technology based on VI are briefly reviewed.2. The application of all kinds of fields, measurement standard and high-frequency fatigue testing system of high-frequency fatigue testing system machine are briefly introduced, principle frame and exploration platform of software and hardware of system are researched. Then, the function module of system is analyzed. At last, the total integrated frame of system is put forward.3. The characteristics of component and design process are researched. The main analysis module,communication module and Matlab simulation module are integrated systematically by component, window show, receiving and providing of asynchronous notification event and asynchronous callback of parameter.4. On the basis of ADO technology and database visting technology of LabVIEW, the integrated frame of Database system is designed. Besides, the integration of database system of all kinds of modules on LabVIEW 8.5 platform is realized.5. The integrated frame of main analysis module and crack inspecting module of high-frequency fatigue testing and system is designed by the deep research of SubPanel technology and DataSoaket technology. The two modules are integrated systematically by the integrated technology.6. The total adjustment and experiment verification of the system show: (1) realizing all system function basically; (2) having high real-time, reliability of the system.
