Since the physicist Pascal put forward the principle of hydrostatic transmission,hydraulic technology has been developed for about three hundred years.Especially in recent years,with the rapid development of manufacturing industry,more and more new technologies and new components of hydraulic are constantly emerging.Hydraulic system is made up of various hydraulic components,the state of hydraulic components has great influence on the performance of the whole hydraulic system.So regularly performance testing is very important for important hydraulic components.Due to the large,heavy and low efficiency of traditional test instrument,a suitable test equipment is needed to improve the efficiency of hydraulic components' performance testing.This is the purpose of this thesis.In this thesis,the virtual instrument technology is used to design the performance test system of hydraulic pump,hydraulic motor and hydraulic valve.The main works are as follows:1)By analyzing the design demand of the hydraulic components performance test system,the project of the test system is researched and designed,the safety boundary of the test system is analyzed.2)According to the test hardware structure and the demand of the steady state test accuracy,the test hardware and its signal connection are selected.By analyzing the performance test system interference,the anti-interference measures are taken.3)The different function modules of the test system are distinguished,and the test software development process is designed.Using Lab VIEW develop the test software.4)This part sets up suitable hydraulic circuit and the hardware part of the test system in school laboratory.The test software and related drivers are installed on the industrial PC,and then using the test system test performance of hydraulic components.By contrasting between test results and the result inspection standard,accuracy and reliability of the test system are confirmed,This thesis designs the hydraulic components performance test system based on virtual instrument technology.This performance test system has the advantage of accurate,stable,high test efficiency,clear and concise operating interface.This test system can not only accurate and efficient to complete the test task,and also provides reference for other test system design.
