Research On Fault Diagnosis System Of Packing Machine Based On ASP.NET

The system of tele-fault diagnosis is designed for MRZ-011 industrial power explosives auto-packaging machine, and it is aimed at technology support offered for the system in the network, modular, opening and so on. In the light of software technology problems of auto-packaging machine tele-fault diagnosis based on ASP.NET , whole design project , software architecture , fault diagnosis reasoning .etc were deeply studied to the system of tele-fault diagnosis.Main topic as followed:Firstly, frequent faults were analyzed to MRZ-011 industrial power explosives auto-packaging machine and its possible existing fault points influencing device natural work were gotten, thus, some conditions were also reached for the system built.Secondly, some key technology and knowledge were stated and the fault diagnosis reasoning theory were produced based on binary fault tree.Thirdly, according to the system function realizing, the system architecture was designed, the system construct model and database design project were studied.In the end, the process of the system software implementing was carefully studied based on ASP.NET, interface design and function realization of foreground user system and background management system were addressed detailedly.Product packaging, fault diagnosis, database, network and others technology were banded together, thus, a better and open, extensible tele-fault diagnosis system was built out.
