Research On Calculation Method For Transporting Capacity Of The Channel Of Transporting Coal On Rail

In China's energy consumption, coal consumption accounts for about 70%.With the continuous developing of China's national economy, coal demand has being rapid growing, but the region difference of the China's coal production and consumption brought about the "coal migration" pattern which mains " West coal transporting to East" and "North coal transporting to south". In the"coal migration", the railway is the main channel. As to the relative concentration of China's Coal-producing areas and the coal-demand areas, the railway transportation of coal is mainly associated in this line. Ministry of railways has planned the "the top ten coal bases of railway". However, there are still differences among the understandings of the coal railway channel. Also, the calculation method for transporting capacity of the channel of transporting coal on rail is little. The thesis carries out in-depth research on calculation method for transporting capacity of the channel of transporting coal on rail.First of all, the thesis studies the planning of "the top ten coal base of railway" and the corresponding rail line, and advances the connotation of the coal transporting channel of the railway that is in line with the actual coal railway according to combining with the theory of the transporting channel and considering the principle of integration. In the calculation of transporting capacity, the thesis analyzes the shortage of the existing method of the calculation of the transporting capacity of railway lines and focuses on an analysis of the characteristics of transporting capacity for railway line. The thesis also proposes the calculation method for transporting capacity of the railway lines according to the characteristics of transporting capacity for railway line combining with the section capacity and the growth factor of the capacity of the section in the use and the restricted section combing with the coordination of points and lines. Then the thesis combines with the method and the contention of the coal transporting channel of the railway and puts forward a set of the calculation method for transporting capacity of the channel of transporting coal on rail. Finally, under the premise of the theory and research in the above-mentioned method, the thesis takes the south channel of the coal transporting of the railway as an example to carry out the empirical studies, and the results show that the calculation method for transporting capacity of the channel of transporting coal on rail is effective.
