Study On The Optimization Of Coal Transportation Organization Plan

With the opening of the high-speed railway and the completion of the main railway expansion and reconstruction, freight transit capacity of existing railway lines have been released in some degree, which makes a lot of goods which transited through the circuitous path may return to the shortest path, so as to improve transport efficiency. Coal transportation takes a great proportion in the density of the freight flow in the main lines, as a typical representative of long-distance freight transportation. Under the condition of existing railway capacity release, railway coal transportation capacity have been improved, and some circuitous freight volume can return back to railway transit from rail-sea intermodal transportation, and the electricity coal has a priority return for it with a stronger time window.In this background, this paper made the following studies:First, analysis of the present situation of the coal transportation and coal transportation organization plans, by estimating the reasonable work-division scheme between railway transportation and rail-sea intermodal, we can find out it existing unreasonable transportation in the existing plan, and it is necessary to study the optimization of the coal transportation organization plan.Second, analysis of related factors affecting coal transportation organization program, we discuss the coal demand subdivision, the calculation method of coal transportation economic costs and time costs, and coal inventory.Third, building a space-time coal transportation network based on dynamic freight rate and reasonable inventory, and comprehensive consideration of the level of demand and coal transportation generalized cost, we establish a service network optimization model based on the arc of the coal transportation and put forward a kind of coal transport organization plan optimization establishment method.Finally, by choosing the cases under different capacity, we can verify the feasibility and rationality of the coal transportation organization scheme optimization methodFinally, we design cases under different railway transportation capacity-release, and then figure out and analyze the reasonable coal transport organization plan in different capacity; by comparing with the coal transport organization program under the static service network, we can find it necessary to consider the dynamic freight rate and the reasonable inventory during the optimization. Case validation and comparative analysis shows that the method is feasible in this paper, and the result has some significance to the coal transportation organization under the condition of capacity releasing.
