Reactive powder concrete(RPC) is one of new composite material. Comparing with common concrete,RPC possesses apparent merits such as ultra-high strength,high toughness,and high durability etc.As a result,during the time of the construction of passenger transportation special line and high-speed railway,it will make the structure be light and low using RPC instead of common concrete to carry out structural design.To make RPC be better application in engineering practice,it will make the RPC low-height girder in railway bridge be object of study in this paper.Using the ANSYS to build a solid mold and static calculation,meanwhile,making the random variables change between minus 10%and plus 10%,to calculate the sensitivity of which to the stress of up limb of midspan and the deflection of midspan,and to screen which random variable is insensitive in order to reduce the calculated amount of reliabilty analiysis and compare with the correlation results.On the basis of making sure of the major factors which influence the reilability of girder in railway bridge,combining numerical simulation with finite-element method to calculate the reliability of RPC girder.Thus,there is the results of failure probability and reliability parameter:through direct sampling method,the reliability parameter of fracture is 3.9,the reliability parameter of deflection distortion is 4.1;through latin hypercubic sampling method,the reliability parameter of fracture is 3.9,the reliability parameter of deflection distortion is 4.2.Comparing with the reliability parameter of common concret,the results is smaller but close,which fits the bill of railway bridge and far more bigger than that of building engineering.It demonstrates that the RPC girder to be applied in railway bridge fits the bill og reliability.Otherwise,it depicts the influencement of the random variables and construction precision to the reliability of the RPC girder through using the theory of correlation to analysis the sensitivity of physical dimension to the reliability.
