In recent years, as the construction environment is becoming more and more complicated and the project continues to expand the scale, strengthening the reliability control of project management system becomes more and more important. The emergence of BIM(Building Information Model) has brought opportunities for development of the construction project. In this thesis, BIM technology is introduced into the reliability control of construction schedule management system. The realization of the system reliability control is completed in the time planning subsystem and the progress control subsystem.In the time planning subsystem, construction schedule programme decision model based on BIM-Reliability is constructed. First, the model using BIM technology and case-based reasoning method and the virtual construction technology determines the initial construction schedule programmes; then using Monte Carlo method, the reliabilty analysis of the initial construction schedule programmes are carried out. At last, according to the results of reliability analysis, the project manager combined with the project characteristics, risk preference and other factors selects a more satisfactory from the relatively high reliability of initial construction schedule programmes.In the progress control subsystem, the reliability control system model of construction schedule based on BIM is designed. Under the guidance of the model, 4D BIM model is constructed to provide data support for each function module of the system.This model uses the S-shaped curve comparison method to achieve three system function modules.These modules are progress monitoring, reliability early warning and progress prediction respectively, which takes a framework project as a case study to summarize the potential benefits of the system.This system model prepares for the development of the software and can be helpful to improve the progress reliability control level of the construction enterprise.In this thesis,the reliability control of construction schedule management system based on BIM is studied from the two aspects of period planning subsystem and progress control subsystem, which plays a certain role in promoting BIM technology at the construction phase.
