In our country highway construction, most of the highway have taken the semi-rigid pavement as their major pavement. Cement-stabilized crushed stones course have two distinct advantages which are high intensity in base course and good moisture susceptibility, so it is used widely in our highway construction. It is testified that this material has better working properties and application perspective.Despite of the merits of the stable Cement-stabilized crushed stones material being used as road base course, some road structures which use the stable Cement-stabilized crushed stones material as the road base course won't gain expected effect. According to distributing states of coarse mineral aggregates in the mixture, semi-rigid base course material is divided into three structural types:"suspend-dense" structure, "framework-dense" structure and "framework-pore" structure. But the standards use the "suspend-dense" structure and "framework-pore" structure as the basis, there are only little standards referring to the "framework-dense" structure ,and available research conclusions are deficient in systematization, so the department of highways design and construction has few restrictions When applying this material. In order to supply scientific method for prospective departments, Aiming at the primal problem that existing in our country Cement-stabilized crushed stones at present, this paper came out the following four research works in details: good material, proper proportion designing, choosing of construction machine and construction process. Using these four details as the basis, this paper analyzes the factors effecting the construction quality of the framework-dense structure base course and put forward the improved measures.Using the cement-stabilized crush of G304 as the basis, the research studied the influence factors of the semi-rigid base course performance, including the structure of the stabilized soil mixer, the stability of the dosing and water supplying system and the structure performance and working parameters of the construction machinery. According to the outcome, the construction machinery have been debugged, such as the static and dynamic calibration of the soil mixing machines metering System and so on.
