The rapid development of highway traffic prompted the application of new materials and new technology in road construction, as a road-building material,asphalt mixture with rubber particles has more excellent road performance than traditional asphalt mixture, at the same time, the way that process waste tires into rubber particles and add it into asphalt mixture can also save resources and protect our environmentHowever, the original composition structure of mineral will be changed by adding rubber particles into the mixture,it is not suitable that the traditional construction technology apply to asphalt mixture with rubber particles,when paving the actual pavement at the scene, it is necessary to probe a new set of control methods which is more effective for asphalt mixture with rubber particles on the basis of traditional quality control of asphalt pavementIn this paper, on this basis of combining with the domestic and overseas relevant research achievement, as with the performance of asphalt mixture with rubber particles, affection under mixing time、mixing temperature、forming temperature、forming compaction times and other factors has been analyzed by using the orthogonal experimental design, finally a set of suitable mixing molding process is concluded in the room.Combined with the test paving road, quality control method of construction materials and the key working procedure has been formed. Good results about quality inspection on the surfacing road have been finally achieved, as a consequence, the purpose of quality control for the asphalt pavement with rubber particles on the spot has been fulfilled.The major finding of the study spread out as follows:1.In terms of asphalt mixture of the skeleton dense type rubber particles, the rubber crumbs are put into the mixture without serving as the aggregate. Besides, it is reasonable to design in proportion on inspection of all kinds of road performance according to the volume of the rubber particles and the test results meet the requirement of national regulation.2.This thesis mainly focuses on indoor forming process research of the skeleton dense type rubber particles in asphalt mixture by orthogonal experiment. On the other hand, it proposes the influence of various factors on Semi-synthetic coolants. At last, the best forming process through the trial comes into being:the mixing time of stone and rubber is40s, the mixing time of pitch is85s and the mixing temperature is180℃. The number of compaction is80under the method of post forming. The first forming temperature is170℃, while the second is80℃.3.Combining with the situation of road paving by field test, the author explores a set of measures those can be used on the asphalt pavement with dense type of rubber particles to control the construction quality. By verifying the quality detection of eventually paved road and carrying out quality inspection acceptance to the construction material in accordance with the specification requirements, and controlling the quality of each construction link in the construction process, we can improve the quality of asphalt roads’ construction with rubber particles.
