| The unified standards that aeolian sand are used as a roadbed construction material in western China,have been formed so far and are still at a research stage.Adopting what means of obtaining the largest dry density of aeolian sand as the calculation standards of aeolian sand's compaction degree and improving the quality of the highway construction industry in the desert area,has become the urgent issue to solve in highway industry.In this paper,the compaction,best water content,compaction characteristics of aeolian sand in Shaanxi Province,Mao Wu Su-desert areas,and the law of force transmission in the aeolian sand has been investigated in the in-house laboratory.These complemented and improved compaction technology and theoretical study of aeolian sand and also had the practical engineering value.In this paper,based on the physical properties of aeolian sand,by the test,the graded composition of the aeolian sand has been analyzed,the maximum dry density and optimum water content of aeolian sand have been determined and the compaction curve of the aeolian sand also has been obtained.The towed shock and vibration composite roller adopted as an experimental prototype,the compaction tests of aeolian sand with this graded composition have been researched on the work conditions of the vibration+static roller,impact+static roller,vibration+shocks+static roller.And the compaction degrees on diversified working conditions have been carried out a comparative analysis,obtaining its most good working condition and construction compaction process.At the same time,the law of force transmission in the aeolian sand has also been obtained by analyzing and processing.the signal collected from the pressure sensor buried in the aeolian sand. |
