With the rapid development of road investment and its building scale, the demand for compaction of the road also rises, which traditional compacting machines cannot meet under many circumstances. This paper designs the vibrating road roller with a special structure of dynamic balance. Because it integrates advantages of vibrating roller and impact roller, this roller not only can achieve a high degree of compaction, but also can assure flatness and uniformity of road surface. Then through the abundant comparative experiment, ascertaining the parameters' bound of the road roller, and making some analysis about the effects, of the parameters like frequency, swing and stepped speed etc., on compaction effect. Validating that the analysis of theory is correct. |
