In view of reflection cracks,erosion,slurry pump diseases caused by highway semi-rigid surface of our country. The text slow down or eliminate these damages by adding graded broken stone interlayer. Heavy blowing is the traditional methods of design. The method of forming the main drawback lies in the direction and the distribution of aggregate is not the same as on-site compaction, In turn to led the decay of its gradation, the Low-density, low-intensity. But,the use of vibration shape and design similar to the way the on-site construction. Compared with the Heavy blowing design, It has smaller graded attenuation, to increase the density of 6%~10%, CBR about double.Based on the theoretical level to fill, Multilevel dense built-in gradation of graded broken stone is designed. And the use of NO.3 uniform design software to optimize grading . CBR, the largest dry density and gradation recession for the control standard. At the same time, considering the phenomenon of isolation in the process of construction, to determine the scope of the proposed sieve grading after Optimizing the gradation. In addition, we did a study on the largest dry density, water content of the best, CBR value, the value of the attenuation of gradation, resilient modulus, anti-rut performance, antifreeze performance of graded broken stone which was shaped by vibrator.By use of Bisar3.0,ANSYS10.0software, change the thickness, modulus of the Layer structure, Analysis the trend of the deflection, the stress and strain of the graded broken stone Layer structure. One systematic analysis has been done for construction and quality control of graded broken stone.Acceptance indicators about construction quality were raised. Test section was done on the shy human highway. Observation results about Test section showed, adopting gradation scope which is designed by the text. Compactness and strength also can meet the design requirements which are set by vibration molding graded broken stone, and the rate of fracture of graded broken stone was significantly lower than the comparison section of semi-rigid asphalt pavement cracks.So,this base of graded broken stone has more compact, higher intensity, slowing semi-rigid base cracks is also more significant.
