Aiming at the damage of the blade and the bag of drying and heating system of batch asphalt mixing plant, the matching design of the burner, drying drum and the dust collector of drying and heating system is put forward.First the structure and the principle of the burner, drying drum and the dust collector are depicted. Then the structure parameters of the drying drum are designed by the dynamic calculation. By the thermodynamics calculation on the drying drum, the fuel consuming rate, the amounts of the smoke gas and the vapor, and the burning temperature are given out, which lay the foundation for the matching design of the burner and the dust collector. Furthermore the paper proposes that the flame matching of the burning region of the drying drum to the burner and the temperature of the dew point of the dust collector bag are crucial to the matching design of the drying and heating system. At the same time, the practical method for calculating the key technology parameters, such as the volume of the drying drum, rated fuel consuming and heat productivity, the rate and pressure of the wind, and the filter area and the dew point temperature of the dust collector bag. At last, the affection factors and the matching reformation experiments are carried out on the drying and heating system.The correspondence of the theoretical study and the experimental results validates that the reasonability and feasibility of the matching design of drying and heating system, which can partly solve the former damage of the plant, improve the productivity energy, decrease the total fuel consuming amount and relieve the circumstance revolution.
