As you know, the problems existing in the extensive use of intermittent asphalt mixing plant are pollution serious in coal-burning mixing plants and high cost in fuel-burning mixing plant, while gas-generator mixing plants have no analogous problems. Aiming at aggregate drying and heating system of the gas-generator mixing plant, the matching design of gas generator, drying drum and the dust collector of drying and heating system is put forward, and the formation experiments are carried out.First, the structure and the principle of the gas-generate mixing plants and aggregate drying and heating system are depicted. By the gas generator ideal gasification model ,gas production in fuel burning model and the heat balance of the mixing plant ,the coal consuming rate ,the amounts of the smoke gas and the vapor are given out, which lay the foundation for the matching design of gas generator and the dust collector.Then the aggregate drying and heatin system of gas-generator mixing plant are designed.The gas generator and the dust collector are matching designed,including the format of gas generator, the cyclone separator, wet scrubber,the wind rate and pressure of fans for the dust collector.According to the matching design of gas generator and the dust collector,the key parameters of the drying drum are fixed by orthogonal experiments. At last, the main technical parameters of the gas-generator mixing plant prototype is given.The comparison experiments between gas-generator mixing plant and coal-burning mixing plant,gas generator mixing plant and fuel-burning mixing plant are carried out.The correspondence of the the theoretical study and the experimental results validates that the matching design of aggregate drying and heating system is reasonable, and gas-generator mixing plants are obviously environmental compared with coal-burning mixing plants and extremely energy compared with fuel-burning mixing plants.
