Construction Technology Of Large Foundation Of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Cross Bridge

Based on the thoroughly analysis of hydrogeological and meteorology informations in Hangzhou Bay Cross-Sea Bridge, the research for locating of the large scale deep foundation adopted GPS static measurement to set measuring points ,to position the plane and height of the foundation with total station, balance level.Because of the varietal hydrometeor and the poor geologic condition , the paper brought up the new immersion technique of cross-sea bridge fundation ,which has used the steel casing construction platform .The construction platform is composed with initiative platform and mobile jettied leading bogie. In this thesis ,the author researched the mating of construction machinery and technological parameters , for which suited constructing of the main navigable channel in rough marine-climate conditions. Pointed out the seawater slurry technique replaced the freshwater one,and introduced the index properties of seawater slurry.The paper dealed with the results of steel casing's transform, spillage, collapse of borehole etc.in the maritime bored pile fundations' construction process.And put forward corresponding technical measures for treating.For the large volume pile caps of main navigation channel bridge on the sea,making use of the steel boxes set out tide,using partitioning and subsection construction technology to ensure the quality of construction and reduce the construction risk on the sea.Because of the concrete and steel corrosion in bridge basis by sea water, put forward a high-performance marine concrete mechanism, and carried out research and analysis, at the same time, introduced the anti-corrosion technology of steel structure such as steel casing steel bar.The achievement of scientific research papers have guided the large-scale deep foundation construction of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, and ensure the quality of basis construction. This achievement have important reference value for design and construction in marine engineering ,it's an important basis for adding and improving the technology of large-scale deep foundation construction on sea in China's bridge construction specifications.
