CFST stiff-skeleton arch bridge, as a new long-span bridge, appears withthe improvement of material properties and construction method. Its construction method of the main Arch is essential. But bridge engineers and technicianhave different views with its calculation method .The thesis has been carriedout on these aspect studying.Based on the real project, the paper study on the choose of the various stiff-skeletons and the defferent methods of concret-casting. And bring forward the optimization scheme. which not only economizes large amount of material, but also effective ameliorates the stress of steel pipes on the most disadvantageous state. introducing the cable arch system into the construction stage of the main arch., it not only fully utilizes material, and greatly reduces internal force state of the structure.The thesis carry out analytical comparison between two different methods, ascertain their different application range. And analyse the influence of creep-shrinkage of concret and the geometric nonlinear on the internal force of steel pipes. Finally compare and discuss the different methods of checking calculation, and give rational suggestion.The research work benefits to learning about the construction process of the main arch of CFST stiff-skeleton arch bridge. And choosing rationally the calculation method. It provids valuable experience and suggestion to the same kind bridge type design in the future.
