| With the rapid development of the national economy and city construction, the energy demand increases very quickly. The building energy consumption in the total energy consumption is the most part. According to statistics, the building energy consumption has exceeded in one fourth of China's total energy consumption, and this ratio will continue increasing as the improvement of the people's living standard..With the development of computer science and technology, dynamic simulation and analysis on building energy consumption all the year round by computer software has become reality. Analysis on building energy consumption by computer simulation system is very accurate, convenient and fast when comparing it with traditional heat engineering calculation. DeST is a building energy consumption calculation and analysis software exploited by TsingHua University, and now the use of it is being popularized.When calculating by the DeST, the calculation parameters includes the parameters for external weather, building envelope structure, the calculation parameters for internal and so on. The internal calculation parameters include indoor design temperature, internal thermal disturbance, the running mode of air-conditioner and ventilation rate of a room.By DeST software, this paper does the dynamic simulation of five kinds different energy saving demand, that concludes the typical residential building from 1980 to 1981, the typical residential building after design standard of adopting 50% of energy conservation in building putting into practice, the typical residential building adopting 65 % of energy conservation in building, the typical commercial building in about 1980, the typical commercial building after design standard of adopting 50% of energy conservation in commercial building putting into practice. Combined with energy conservation design standard, Considering design standard of energy saving in building, the dynamic simulation by using the max overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope, and the max area ratio of windows to wall in the architecture model demonstrates that the rightness of the max overall heat transfer coefficient of building envelope.Combined the simulation result with the data of heat supply investigate in xi'an, this paper predicts the load development of Xi'an heat supply in 2020 in Xi'an, it provides the basic data for the development of xi'an centralized heat supply. |
