At present,the two major problems facing in China are the shortage of energy and the pollution of the environment.According to statistics,China,the second largest economy in the world,costs 23%of the world's primary energy,and the rapid growth of building energy consumption is also an important reason.The development of building energy conservation is the need for the rapid development of the global economy and the environmental protection.In recent years,nearly zero-energy building has obtained high attention all over the world because of the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection and high utilization of energy.Many scholars have studied the nearly zero-energy building in depth,and there are many practical cases in our country.In the early design stage of the building,if the energy saving design of the building is not good,the heat and cold load of the building will be great,which can not reach the ideal energy saving effect.The building energy consumption simulation software can be used to optimize the architectural design scheme,but there are many shortcomings.In the design stage,there are many architectural structures and design factors can't be determined.The application of building energy consumption simulation software is very complex,and it is hard for the designers.Building energy simulation software is simulated based on the dynamic energy consumption,and it takes a long time.Therefore,to put forward a convenient scientific analysis method which can analyze various factors that affect building energy consumption and optimize the energy saving design of buildings is an urgent and valuable research in the early stage of building design.This paper takes Shenyang Jianzhu University nearly zero-energy building demonstration center as the research object,and the main factors that affect the building energy consumption has been simulated through energy simulation software,and the corresponding relationship between the factors and building energy consumption has been obtained.The main factors was choosed,and the experiment was made by orthogonal test.A number of simulation experiments on building energy consumption are carried out on the constructed building model.Based on the large number of data obtained by the orthogonal experiment,the results of the simulation are analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis using the data analysis software SPSS.The equations for the annual heating energy consumption,air conditioning energy consumption,and total energy consumption are obtained.In order to verify the reliability of the prediction equation,the thirty times building energy consumption simulation in addition to the orthogonal test were also carried out.The simulation results are compared with the results obtained by building energy consumption prediction equation,which proves the reliability of the building energy consumption prediction model obtained by the research.The envelope thermal performance and thermal defects of the nearly zero-energy building are measured.The heat transfer coefficient of the wall is measured by using the method of heat flux.The infrared thermal imaging technology is used to test the site of the wall and the windows of the building.The test results are analyzed in detail,and some problems which are easy to occur in the application of nearly zero-energy building are obtained,and the corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.This study has a certain reference value for the design and application of the nearly zero-energy building enclosure structure system in the cold region.The prediction equation of building energy consumption is suitable for the design stage of building.The influence of main factors on building energy consumption can be analyzed through the building energy consumption prediction equation,and the relative importance of various influencing factors will be obtained.Designers can choose a reasonable design scheme based on the equation to avoid design defects that are difficult to change at the later stage of the design.It provides the quantitative data support for the construction of the nearly zero-energy building design theory system in the cold region.
