Firstly to take considered as the project security,the power supply reliable, The Cascaded Reservoir Optimization Scheduling (CROS) centralized dispatcher, take fully advantage of the water resources system to avoid harm and be beneficial, as a whole,to abtain the most economic efficiency.The CROS is a complex problem,it is very essential for the entire electrical network safely,stably,economically run to correctly and logically arrange the way of the cascaded reservoir scheduled.This paper,according to the reservoir amount of runoff,the reservoir water level,the water storage capacity,and tonnage is successional process,propose that under making certain the state variable and the control variable,the cascaded reservoir is more accordant to the Optimum Control Theory (OCT) question actually,thus theorize the mathematical model with the dynamic optimization and make use of the maximum principle of dynamic optimization to attain the solution.The paper propose that take the Water Balance Equation (WBE) to determine the control variable and the state variable,take Economic Efficiency as the Objective Function to theorize the Dynamic Optimaized Mathematic Model (DOMM),and make use of the Maximum Value Principle (MVP) to resolute and obtain the Optimum Control Contrail of Reservoir Scheduling, based on the summarization of the CROS theory,arithmetic and the nature of the reservoir properties of Optimal Scheduling.Apply the DOMM to Three Gorges of the Yangtze River CROS at last, the experimental results show that the method is reasonable,feasible.
