Water resources have become an indispensable basic resource for human social and economic development and work and life.The idea of comprehensive utilization of water resources has been increasingly valued by people.The water resources in northern China are seriously deficient,combined with the large-scale exploitation of limited water resources,resulting in the supply and demand of water resources.The contradiction is getting worse.Based on this,this paper selects the plain reservoir group with the main reservoir of Yuecheng Reservoir and Dongwushi Reservoir as the research area.The specific research contents are as follows:Through the analysis of the flood data of Yuecheng Reservoir,the time of occurrence of the first flood and the time of the last flood occurred as indicators,and the empirical membership degree of the Yuecheng Reservoir flood was calculated.Therefore,the least squares method is used.The rationality of membership is revised to divide the flood season.Through the sorting of the long series of runoff data of Yuecheng Reservoir,the annual runoff frequency curve is calculated,and the specific typical years of dry year(75%),plain water year(50%)and abundant water year(25%)are obtained,and the actual The monthly runoff of the year fine-tunes the monthly net flow for a typical year.The principle of water supply for reservoir group elastic scheduling is expounded.The node nodes of the study area are divided and the system network node map of water allocation is constructed.The water,unit of life,irrigation,industry and agriculture in the study area is considered comprehensively.The mathematical model of elastic scheduling of reservoirs with water-straining,local-water-external water-conversion,and the minimum water-deficient function is the objective function;the principle of setting up the elastic scheduling scheme of reservoirs is expounded;considering the different levels of water resources in the planning level In the situation,the reservoir area scheduling schemes of flood control scheme,benefit scheme and drought scheme were proposed for the study area;the elastic dispatch map of the reservoir group was drawn,and the specific water supply scheme was obtained.The mathematical model of elastic scheduling of reservoir group is solved by simulating man-machine optimization algorithm,and its rationality and scheduling result are analyzed.By combining the simulation man-machine optimization algorithm with the elastic particle swarm optimization algorithm,the research area reservoir group is analyzed again.The rationality of scheduling and scheduling results show that the improved simulated human-particle swarm algorithm can replenish the reservoir group according to the elastic constraints of water shortage,which reduces the resource utilization of reservoir group scheduling and reduces system losses.And according to the need to set the supply,to maximize the water supply satisfaction rate.
