Energy problem is one of the most vital issues human beings facing at present. Energy saving has started to be highlighted by human beings. The building envelope in urban and rural areas of China has the problems of poor thermal insulating performance and low energy usage efficiency. The building energy consumption accounts for 27.6% of the total energy consumption of the society and is increasing year by year. Therefore the wall thermal insulation is regarded as one of the important ways of energy saving, thus becoming the key point of our research.The light concrete self-hung board adopts a new external wall insulation technology. With regard to the thermal insulation of the reinforced concrete external wall of the shear wall structure, the light concrete self-hung board is adopted as the external thermal insulation of the reinforced concrete external wall and works as the inner lining of the concrete wall exterior template. Then cast concrete. Take off the template when the concrete wall reaches a certain intensity. At this moment, the reinforced concrete on the surface of the self-hung board which contacts with the concrete is firmly wrapped. The external thermal insulating self-hung board is hung naturally to play the role of thermal insulation.The research work and the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1. Under the principle of external wall thermal insulation, analyze the traditional shear wall system of the 80mm-thick light concrete self-hung board, the traditional shear wall system with 120mm-thick large hole hollow brick at outside and the 370mm-thick brick wall structure in the same temperature. When adopting the light concrete external insulating self-hung board as the external wall thermal insulation, the performance is the best.2. Finite element thermal analysis simulation is made to the traditional shear wall system of the 80mm-thick light concrete self-hung board, the traditional shear wall system with 120mm-thick large hole hollow brick at outside and the 370mm-thick brick wall structure in the same temperature with the adoption of software of ANSYS. We prove again that when adopting the light concrete external insulating self-hung board as the external wall thermal insulation, the performance is the best.3. Through the theoretical calculation, we get the conclusion that when adopting the light concrete self-hung board as the external insulation of the high building, the reinforced steel of this thermal insulating board can bear the load under the holding power of the concrete without bond failure happening.
