Study On The Shield Cutterhead's Lectotype And Design Theory

The Shield Machine is a kind of large excavation sets that is used for the underground tunnel, it is more and more widely used in cities. The Cutterhead is one of the most important components, In our country, the research of the Cutterhead design is still in the initial stage. The thesis has been studied for the selection and design of the Cutterhead, the specific studies are as follows:At first, the affection factors of Shield Machine Cutterhead's lectotype are analyzed, including: the types of Cutterhead, the wide opening ratio of Cutterhead, the cutter driving, the types of Cutterhead's support, the maximum speed and torque, the cutterhead's cutting diameter and the configuration of knives. Through several examples, the useful conclusions are analyzed by the selection of the Cutterhead.Secondly, the thesis has researched the cutterhead's design parameters and formula of knives, summarized the calculation methods for the disc cutter's load all over the world, introduced the working principle of disc cutter, studied the rock breaking mechanism of disc cutter by the numerical simulation method. The papers also generalizes the cutting form,movement characteristics and calculation model of the cutting knives.Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the relationship between the Shield Cutter and Cutting Face. It summarizes the system of the relationship between the Shield Cutter and Cutting Face, and explains the system that including mechanical systems,rock systems,operating characteristics and matching parameters. The relationship is analyzed by the MONTE-CARLO Finite element method, it gets a number of useful conclusions and research methods.Finally, as an example of Chengdu metro line 1, the Shield Cutter is selected and designed for the Unique geological conditions. And the three basic conditions of the Cutter are researched by the Finite element method, it verifies the applicability for the cutter's selection and design theory.
